Activation app:
- - After ordering your activation code, the code is transmitted within 24 hours maximum.
Cancellations and refunds:
- -We only give you 48 hours after your order to request cancellation of your app activation and get a refund. This request will be processed within 48 hours.
- - We do not refund any activation once the customer has activated his application and the 48 hour period is over.

The official OTT PRIMO Player do not contain any media content. This means that you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, or any other media carrier that you own. Any other means of watching illegal content which would otherwise be paid for is not endorsed or approved by OTT PRIMO Player Team.
